The service

Aeonis Leak gives estimates of home energy, water and cost based on public data and what you enter. Estimates are not an energy audit, an inspection, engineering advice or a contractor quote. Don't rely on them alone for purchases; get quotes from qualified professionals.

Pro

Pro is a monthly subscription sold through Gumroad, which processes payment and refunds under its terms. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

No scraping, automated bulk use, attempts to break limits or security, or unlawful content. Third-party data is used under its own terms (see sources).

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service.

Law

Florida law governs; venue is Broward County, Florida. We may update these terms and will change the date above.
